A man who harassed his neighbour for seven months and taunted him with repeated 'paedo' jibes has been fined £120.

North Staffordshire Justice Centre heard there had been 'a long history' of issues with Marek Powalski and his neighbours.

However as the feud went on, the couple had been left 'scared' to leave the house as a result of the 52-year-old's actions.

Prosecutor Suzanne Swindail told the court: "The defendant repeatedly called him a 'paedo'.

"The complainant said there were ongoing issues with the defendant for about two years.

"The complainant had CCTV systems put up due to the ongoing issues.
