ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The family of Robert Brooks, an inmate killed in a brutal beating by Marcy Correctional Facility officers, has spoken after the verdicts of three involved officers were announced.
On Monday, one former officer, David Kingsley, was found guilty on the charges of murder and manslaughter, as the jury acquitted two others, Matthew Galliher and Nicholas Kieffer, on all criminal charges.
