Duff Goldman gave an early look at his daughter’s Halloween costume this year.

The famed pastry chef shared a photo of 4-year-old Josephine striking a fierce pose in an animal-print dress, along with spotted ears, paws and shoes to match, in an Instagram post on Saturday, Oct. 18.

“I’m getting good with the needle and thread,” he wrote. “She’s a cheetah this year.”

The Food Network star shared the story behind the ensemble with PEOPLE, explaining that it was inspired by a sweet family ritual.
