PEORIA ( 25News Now ) - As the trial for Sean Grayson took place Monday morning, there was a handful of people who gathered for a rally to demand justice for Sonya Massey.
What to know about the murder trial
Chama St. Louis organized the Justice for Sonya Massey Rally in an effort to stand in solidarity with the Massey family and supporters across Illinois and the nation.
Peoria Pastor and NAACP President, Marvin Hightower, was also at Monday’s rally, and said he’s glad Grayson’s actions were caught on camera.
