WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC4) — West Valley City is taking a closer look at the future of the Ridge Golf Club, prompting concern from residents after a new land survey was launched.
The city is doing an ALTA survey, a detailed property assessment that looks at land boundaries, infrastructure, access points, and legal issues, on the 200-acre golf course.
City officials describe the survey as a routine check-up to better understand the land and explore potential future uses.
