EL CENTRO — The El Centro City Council will meet on Tuesday, Oct. 21, to consider a series of key city matters, including the appointment of a new city manager, a recruitment incentive program to address dispatcher shortages, updates to truck route restrictions, and new rules for mobile vending.

During closed session, council members will discuss litigation in Sonia Carter v. City of El Centro and a personnel matter concerning the city attorney position.
