The Met Office has issued a 21 hour-long yellow rain warning for Coventry and Warwickshire . It comes into force in the early hours of Thursday morning (October 23) and lasts from midnight until 9pm in the evening.
Heavy rainfall between 20-30mm is expected during the 21 hour log period with 30-50mm across other parts of the country. Meteorologists have warned that flooding of a few homes and businesses is 'likely'.
The downpours are also set to impact roads and impact journeys. It could also see public transport hit.
