Expect delays or plan an alternative route — three closures are scheduled for roadwork on provincial highways in Waterloo on Oct. 21, 2025:

Highway 7/8 eastbound between Victoria Street, New Hamburg and Courtland Avenue, Kitchener: two right lanes closed from Oct. 20 at 10 p.m. until Oct. 24 at 6 a.m.

Highway 85 northbound between Highway 7 Ic-victoria St-kitchener, Kitchener and King Street N, Waterloo: two right lanes closed from Oct. 20 at 10 p.m. until Oct. 24 at 6 a.m.

Highway 8 westbound between Highway 401 and Sportsworld Drive / Maple Grove Road, Kitchener: one right lane closed from Oct. 20 at 8 p.m. until Oct. 24 at 5 a.m.
