MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. — A tractor trailer that broke down on the I-495 inner loop past Clara Barton Parkway or Exit 4 and blocked lanes of traffic has now cleared.

Police have not said how the tractor trailer broke down and have not reported any injuries. The incident is now contained to the right shoulder and all lanes are open. However, inner loop delays still remain beginning in Virginia, right before the American Legion Bridge and before VA-267.
