Scores of popular online platforms experienced problems on Monday, Oct 20, as Amazon Web Services (AWS) grappled with an outage. Amazon’s cloud computing arm, which is a leading provider of cloud infrastructure services, first reported issues around 3 a.m. EDT in the “US-East-1″ region located in Northern Virginia.
