DECATUR, Ala. - Decatur Police responded to a domestic disturbance on Oct. 18, finding a victim with a head injury on Beltline Road Southwest.
Moises Ramos Velazquez, who allegedly threw a dangerous object at the victim, fled the scene before officers arrived.
A detective from Decatur Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division investigated the incident.
On Monday, a patrol officer stopped a vehicle near Central Parkway Southwest and 14th Street Southwest, discovering Ramos inside.
Ramos was arrested without incident and charged with domestic violence.
He was taken to Morgan County Jail with a $30,000 bond set by a circuit court judge.
