DANVILLE, Va. (WDBJ) - Danville Councilman Lee Vogler was released from the hospital Tuesday, October 21 during recovery from being set on fire in July, according to his Facebook page.

Vogler also said in the post he would be at the Danville City Council meeting Tuesday.

Vogler was in the hospital for three months recovering from the burns. His wife said he would face many surgeries in his recovery, including the first one at UNC Chapel Hill in August . He was released from intensive care Monday, October 13.
