ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - On Nov. 4, some area residents will take to the polls.

Not every municipality is holding an election on this day.

In Bellefontaine Neighbors, voters will decide on an additional 3% tax on retail marijuana sales.

Clayton voters will weigh changing the name of the Board of Aldermen to City Council and adopting other gender-neutral language, simplifying provisions and clarifying term limits.

In Creve Coeur, residents will decide whether to impose a local use tax at the same rate as the total local sales tax rate to support services. According to the City of Creve Coeur , if approved, revenue from the use tax would help fund city services, such as residential trash and recycling collection, leaf and limb collection, and police services.
