Banh Mi Saigon opened its doors in September, bringing a vibrant taste of Vietnam to the CBD.

Having grown up on banh mi in Saigon, owner Hung Pham wanted to bring the beloved food and culture of his childhood home to Australia.

"I wanted to share the food we love in Vietnam with Australians to try and enjoy," he said.

The High Street, Maitland store is Hung's third location, following successful launches in Wollongong and Cessnock.
