WASHINGTON COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — An Ivins man is facing over a dozen felony charges after allegedly possessing multiple firearms and substantial quantities of cocaine and THC marijuana.
Kyle Preston Tanner, 40, has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to distribute a substance as a second-degree felony and one count of possession with intent to distribute a substance as a third-degree felony.
He has also been charged with fifteen counts of prohibited dangerous weapon conduct with a firearm as a category II restricted person, which is a third-degree felony, and one count of use or possession of drug paraphernalia, which is a Class B Misdemea
