Former Miss USA and reality television star Shanna Moakler said in a radio interview that she was considered for "The Real Housewives of Rhode Island," but ultimately was not picked.

Moakler, who is from Barrington , spoke about the upcoming Bravo spin-off on Sirius XM's "Jeff Lewis Live" on Oct. 17.

"I was just up for the 'Real Housewives of Rhode Island' but I didn't get it," Moakler said in the interview . "I would've rocked that show."

The New England celebrity has appeared on several reality television shows over the years, including "Dancing With the Stars," "Celebrity Big Brother," and "Meet the Barkers" back when she was married to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.
