Police on Tuesday publicly identified the man who was shot and killed in Southeast Portland on Saturday.

Michael Pena-Tapia, 20, of Woodburn, was shot around 10 a.m. near Southeast 17th Avenue and Harold Street, the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement.
