All are featured in a recent run of TV and radio ads promoting Gov. Dan McKee 's signature " Math Matters " campaign, though the ads don't actually mention McKee by name.
The Rhode Island Department of Education may have initiated the idea, but it was then picked up and financed by "Always Learning Rhode Island," a privately funded nonprofit that was created to amplify McKee's various in-school and out-of-school education initiatives.
