VINTON, Va. (WDBJ) - A man was arrested by the Vinton Police Department in connection to a dog abuse investigation on Tuesday, October 22.

Franco Montouri was arrested and charged with animal cruelty, a class 1 misdemeanor, according to Vinton PD.

Montouri is in jail without bond; the investigation remains active.
