WASHINGTON — Kim Kardashian returned to reality TV in the season 7 premiere of "The Kardashians" with a bombshell medical revelation: she had developed "a little aneurysm" between seasons.

An MRI detected the aneurism in her brain, she revealed.

"There's like a little aneurysm," the reality star said in the season premiere , which dropped on Hulu at midnight on Oct. 23.

Her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, appeared shocked by the news: "Woah."

"They’re like, 'It's just stress,' Kim Kardashian told her. "And I’m like, people think that I have the luxury of walking away."
