SCOTTSBORO, Ala. - A search warrant executed by the Scottsboro Police Department led to multiple arrests on Warn Street.

On Oct. 21, officers seized drugs, paraphernalia, and money, arresting five individuals in the process.

Donald Wayne Washington, 63, from Scottsboro, faces charges including possession of meth and kratom, possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Holly Rachell Monroe, 60, also from Scottsboro, was charged with possession of meth and kratom, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Olivia Jean Frost, 20, from Athens, was charged with possession of marijuana in the second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
