AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A woman has been indicted for "Murder" after allegedly "delivering a controlled substance, namely Fentanyl," which caused the death of Sheridan Taylor in December 2024.

According to court documents, Joanna Leigh Bartlett was indicted for one count of alleged "Murder" after she allegedly "knowingly delivered a controlled substance, namely Fentanyl" to Taylor.

Documents said Taylor then died as a result of "introducing into her body the controlled substance" that was allegedly delivered by Bartlett.
