WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A Winston-Salem man is facing several felony charges after deputies say he fired a gun at another person’s vehicle earlier this month.
According to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, investigators determined Devin Wayne Willard, 23, was responsible for shooting at a vehicle in the 5600 block of Sandhill Drive on October 15, 2025. Deputies said the victim reported the incident three days later, on October 18.
No injuries were reported, and deputies said Willard and the victim are known to each other.
Willard has been charged with:
Three felony counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling or moving vehicle
One felony count of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill
One felony count of possession of a firearm by a felon
He is being held with
