Two members of an alleged contracted “kill crew” arrested over the kidnapping and murder of a Sydney woman are also facing separate murder charges from a prior incident, while a third member has also been charged with intent to murder, the Herald can reveal.

Details that may identify the men cannot be published for legal reasons, which the Herald is challenging in court.

The three men aged 32, 20 and 21 were already in custody on their prior charges when homicide squad detectives arrested them on Thursday morning over the murder of Thi Kim Tran , 45, on April 17.
