Hattiesburg Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect and vehicle tied to multiple auto burglaries reported this month.

Officers responded around 9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, to Churchill Street for an auto burglary in progress. Witnesses described the suspect as a Black male with a beard who fled in a black Honda Accord (pictured).

Investigators say the same suspect is also wanted in connection with a separate auto burglary that happened Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025, between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. in the 100 block of South 41st Avenue.

Anyone who can identify the vehicle or has information about the suspect or these incidents is urged to contact Hattiesburg Police or Crime Stoppers by calling or texting TIPS. Anonymous tips can also be submitted online at www.P3Tips.com.
