CASS COUNTY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Warrensburg man has been charged after leading deputies on a stolen car chase Wednesday.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office said 39-year-old David S. Wilson has been charged with aggravated fleeing a stop, possession of a controlled substance and first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.
Wilson is accused of leading deputies on a high-speed chase on I-49 Wednesday around 1 p.m. Deputies were attempting to stop a black passenger car with a stolen license plate from south of Harrisonville.
The chase went through Harrisonville and continued north on Rock Haven Road at 291 Highway and ended in Peculiar when Wilson attempted to pass a car and drove into the median of the highway.
