SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- People from all over the region are gathered in downtown Sioux Falls for the WIN in Workforce Summit. They're spending the day learning how to excel in their workplace.

"Our attendees are very diverse in nature," said Denise Guzzetta, the vice president of talent and workforce development for the Sioux Falls Development Foundation. "We have anywhere from individual contributors to sales leaders to business community leaders to people that are in HR."

A keynote speaker, breakout sessions and panel conversations all highlight different tools to help employees at all levels.

"There also are tools as far as AI that are really complementary and really help, you know, produce that productivity and that efficiency that we need to see in the workforce," said Guzzetta
