CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) -Deputies with the Charleston County Sheriff's Office are asking for the public’s help to solve a 15-year-old homicide case.

Fifteen years ago, on Oct. 23, 2010, 18-year-old Chad Montez Brown was shot during a private party at Pythian Castle Hall, the sheriff’s office said.

Deputies responded to the location at 1 a.m. and found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds inside.

One of the victims recovered, but Brown ultimately died at the hospital.

While investigators interviewed several individuals who attended the party, they were not able to identify a suspect in the shooting.
