WILLISTON, ND (KXNET) — People from around the area gathered today to gain new resources and confidence when dealing with mental health.

The Williston Area Chamber of Commerce and Western Star Foundation came together to bring Mental Health First Aid training to Williston.

This day-long training is helping people learn new skills when it comes to recognizing and responding to signs of mental health or substance use challenges.
