HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A Kalihi man accused of sex-torting teen girls worldwide has pleaded guilty to producing child pornography.
Devan Caulk, 21, agreed to a federal deal on Tuesday that dropped a second child porn count.
He was arrested in July by federal agents.
Court records said Caulk lied about his age on Instagram to convince his victims to send him a picture.
Then, he’d threaten to blast the photo if the girl did not send him more suggestive content.
Caulk faces a minimum of 15 years and a fine of up to $250,000 when he’s sentenced in February.
He must also register as a sex offender.
