Modern Morals: My gluttonous friend eats and drinks much more than the rest of our group – surely it’s not fair to just split the restaurant bill evenly?

As I’ve recently given up alcohol, I’m finding this even more frustrating as I feel I’m essentially paying for her expensive tastes

I am at the end of my tether with one of my friends. We have a large friend group and we try to meet up in a restaurant every month to keep in touch.
