HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. (WBTV) - A three-car crash in Huntersville left one person dead, according to police.
Huntersville officers were called to the crash around 1:49 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 22, on Davidson-Concord Road, close to Stanley McElrath Road.
According to police, Priscilla Joyner, 54, was driving a Chevrolet Suburban and crossed the center line, side-swiping a Freightliner commercial vehicle and a Ford Transit van. She died from her injuries at the accident site.
The van’s driver was taken to an area hospital with serious injuries.
