A killer asylum seeker who slaughtered a mum on a deserted train platform in a horrific screwdriver murder has been convicted by jurors.

Sudanese national Deng Chol Majek stabbed Rhiannon Skye Whyte 'over and over' again with a Philips head screwdriver during his late-night 'frenzied' killing at Bescot train station.

After plunging the screwdriver into her head and body 23 times, Majek callously fled, leaving the hotel worker's bloodied body for train staff to find.

Just an hour later, the migrant was captured on CCTV dancing and laughing outside the hotel where Ms Whyte worked, 'clearly excited about what he had done'.
