LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Dry weather has returned to the forecast across Mid-Michigan, and while high temperatures will begin to warm over the next few days, they will still generally stay below-average for this time of year.

We will spend our Friday under mostly cloudy skies, with a very small chance of a stray sprinkle across the region. Those mostly cloudy conditions will continue into the overnight hours and most of our Saturday as well.

Cloud cover will begin to decrease Saturday evening, with partly cloudy conditions expected for the Michigan State-Michigan football game.

As the game kicks off, temperatures will be in the upper 40s, but due to the partly cloudy conditions we are expecting, we will quickly fall into the low 40s as the game begins to wrap up.
