The understatement of the century: there's zero shame in talking about mental health — whether that's with friends, a licensed therapist , or whoever feels safe. As someone who's basically yelled from the rooftops about having an anxiety disorder (hi, it's me) and has wrestled with it in different ways over the last 30 years, I've tried more "this might help" products than I can count. Medication, therapy, and the habits that keep me steady — exercise, sleep, not overdoing it on caffeine — are what actually move the needle.
