TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - A former Tucson High School teacher accused of sexually exploiting a minor will have to wait longer to learn his fate. Pima County Superior Court has delayed his sentencing.
James Badger, 45, was initially set to be sentenced next Monday, but his new sentencing date is now Dec. 1.
Badger was arrested on Jan. 7 after files linked to his IP address revealed sexual exploitation of a minor. He pleaded guilty to charges involving a minor under 15.
Badger faces up to 40 years in prison.
