Woman cleans train window, then litters on tracks. Video sparks civic sense debate

A video showing a woman cleaning a train window and then littering by tossing a tissue and a plastic bottle onto the tracks has sparked a debate on civic sense.

The video, which has been widely shared on X, showed the woman sitting in an AC coach, pouring water from a plastic bottle onto the window pane and wiping it with a tissue.

Moments later, she was seen throwing both the used tissue and the empty bottle out of the window onto the tracks.

The short clip has drawn criticism from social media users for her disregard for public cleanliness. Several users said the act reflected the gap between appearances and actual civic responsibility.
