A few light showers pushed across the state overnight, those showers should fade after sunrise but clouds will stick around keeping things cool. Rain chances return this afternoon into the overnight, though showers will remain on the light side.

Spotty showers developed across the state late Friday night and lingered across northeastern Iowa before sunrise. Those showers will continue to push to the northeast out of the state this morning, but cloudy skies will linger through most of your Saturday. Temperatures are starting out the day 10 to 20 degrees warmer than the past couple of days, but with the cloudy conditions, temperatures will not warm much for most of the day.
