FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — The Virginia State Police has issued a Codi Alert on behalf of the Fairfax County Police Department for a missing 15-year-old girl.

Police are searching for Jaleesa Ayah Adgate, who was last seen around 3 p.m. on Friday in the 9200 block of Burke Lake Road in Burke.

Adgate is described as 5'5" tall, weighing 110 pounds, with red hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black shirt, gray sweatpants, and black Uggs.

Authorities say her disappearance poses a credible threat to her health and safety.
