According to reports, TVK functionaries have reportedly reached out to the kin of the victims of the tragic stampede during actor-politician Vijay's rally in Karur in September. The party functionaries have reportedly sought the families' consent and have inquired whether they would be comfortable travelling to Chennai for the event.
