Lawyers for accused killer cop Beau Lamarre-Condon have dropped a bombshell in court on Tuesday morning as they finally enter pleas on two charges of murder.
Mr Lamarre-Condon’s lawyer Ben Archbold, his third since the officer was accused of gunning down Jesse Baird and Mr Baird’s new lover 18 months ago, has entered a plea of not guilty in the Downing Centre Local Court.
This means his matter will proceed to trial.
The former cop, who remains in custody, was initially not on an audiovisual link when Mr Archbold appeared on his behalf.
