PORTLAND, Oregon — One person was taken to the hospital following a shooting in Gresham.

According to the Gresham Police Department, officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 17500 block of Southeast Stark Street just before 3 a.m. on Saturday. When officers arrived, they found evidence of gunfire in the parking lot of a strip club and said that the victim was driven to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries via private vehicle.

The suspect or suspects had fled the vehicle before officers arrived, police said.

Gresham police said this is the second shooting at the 17500 block of Southeast Stark Street in the past month. According to police, officers responded to a shooting in the same area, just after midnight on Oct. 13, where they found a vehicle and a business damaged
