BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — How does an ice bath in the Missouri River sound right about now?
North Dakota Special Olympics hosted its annual Polar Plunge at the Pier Bar and Grill on the morning of October 25. Over 20 brave individuals of all ages and backgrounds took to the frigid waters all for a great cause.
For the 12th year, folks got together and got a little chilly by taking a plunge into the frigid Missouri River for the Polar Plunge.
"We are raising our money for Special Olympic athletes across North Dakota.
