PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- Two men were hospitalized after a shooting at a Peoria apartment complex.

Just before 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25, police officers went to the 1400 block of West Covington Court after receiving a report of two people being shot, said Peoria Police Department spokesperson Semone Roth.

Arriving officers found two men with gunshot wounds to their legs. They were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are still on scene investigating. There is no suspect information at this time.
