MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -Late Sunday afternoon brings sunny skies after morning clouds and patchy fog in low-lying areas. Strong high pressure over southeast Canada will keep southern Wisconsin dry today and Monday. However, this weather pattern will also bring cooler temperatures as east to southeast winds increase. You may notice some puffy cumulus clouds developing this afternoon under the sunshine. Today’s temperatures will reach the lower 60s across most of southern Wisconsin. Tonight will be clear and cool, with lows dropping into the middle to upper 30s under light east winds. Monday will feel noticeably cooler with highs only reaching the 50s as the east winds continu
