CINCINNATI — The Jets don’t have to talk about being the NFL’s only winless team anymore.
They stormed back from a 15-point fourth-quarter deficit on Sunday to beat the Bengals 39-38 at Paycor Stadium, getting their first win of the season and for first-year coach Aaron Glenn in the craziest way possible.
And not just because they scored 23 points in the fourth quarter, which is more than they had scored in the previous two games combined. It’s because of how they scored the game-winning touchdown.
Running back Breece Hall floated a four-yard touchdown pass to rookie tight end Mason Taylor with 1:54 remaining. It was the first touchdown catch of Taylor’s career and the first pass attempt of Hall’s career.
