Silver Alert issued for 82-year-old Castine woman

CASTINE, Maine (WABI) - A Silver Alert has been issued for Castine woman who authorities say has not been seen since Sunday afternoon.

According to Maine state police, 82-year-old Alison Macleod was last seen leaving her home traveling to Bucksport at 4:30. She was driving a gray 2014 Toyota Prius with plate number 817KDY.

Macleod suffers from cognitive issues and does not have a cellphone.

She was last seen wearing a red windbreaker, sweater, and blue jeans.
