POULSBO -- A popular sandwich shop on Bainbridge Island has opened a second location in North Kitsap, where customers can expect more than just the lunchtime staple.

Located in the city's Olhava business complex, Chef Nicolas Ganea of the island's Sauce Nouvelle is bringing Mediterranean-French fusion small bites, entrées and more to the table. Dubbed " Sauce Nouvelle Bistro ," the latest location first opened for dinner at the end of September and started serving lunch in mid-October.
