SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) -- The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in finding 63-year-old Morufat Amusa, who has dementia and was last seen Sunday near Mancini Road off Cannons Campground Road.

Deputies said Amusa, who may be disoriented due to her condition, was last seen at approximately 10:39 p.m. wearing a black nightgown, tan hat, and house slippers.

Her family and law enforcement are concerned for her safety and are actively searching for her.

Morufat Amusa is described as 5 feet tall and weighing around 193 pounds, with black hair. It is believed she may have wandered away from her residence, prompting the search efforts.

The Sheriff's Office has urged anyone with information on Ms. Amusa's whereabouts to contact 911 immediately.
