A Strictly Come Dancing live shows attendee has shared the truth of filming the dancing programme, with the guest adding it's "not for the faint hearted."

The hit BBC One show is finished its fifth week on Sunday (October 26), in a shock-filled show which saw actress, Amber Davies and partner, Nikita Kuzmin battle it out with footballer, Jimmy Floyd-Hasselbaink and partner Lauren Oakley, to dance another day.

Jimmy was ultimately eliminated from the competition, with the star receiving a heartfelt send off from all those at the BBC studio.

While the dancing show may appear to be all glitz and glamour, one fan has claimed it is not all as it seems.
